All prices listed on our website are in Euros and include VAT. Prices may be subject to change at any time.
ACCOUNT & ORDERS
Account Creation and Login
In order to complete the order process, users are required to register an account by entering their email address. Users who have already completed the registration process can log in (Login) by entering their email address and password.
View Orders
By logging into your account with your credentials, you can select the “Orders” section to access your purchase history.
PAYMENT METHODS
On our site, you can make your purchases in a convenient and secure way through various payment methods, such as Paypal, Stripe.
Paypal: allows for different types of payments. It is not necessary to have a registered Paypal account, as you can choose to use your credit card without registering for their service. However, if you choose to create a Paypal account, you can use your bank account or credit/debit cards. Paypal is a certified system where your card data will not be transmitted nor stored in our systems, as the payment will occur on the external Paypal platform.
Stripe: is a certified system where your card data will not be transmitted nor stored in our systems, as the payment will occur on the external Stripe platform.
SHIPPING & COURIERS
Our website offers direct shipping within Italy, carried out by couriers DHL, GLS, Bartolini, and TNT.
The shipping cost is €10, and delivery is expected within 2-7 days, unless delays occur due to force majeure.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURN CONDITIONS
Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating the reasons within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the customer or a third party, other than the carrier, designated by the customer, takes physical possession of the last item ordered. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform ITALIAN CUSTOM JEWELRY SRL, email: gio.appolloni@gmail.com, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (for example, by sending an email or filling out a contact form).
Return Conditions
The customer can proceed with the return procedure at their own expense, after carefully keeping the merchandise, which must be returned in its original condition, without imperfections, defects, and with all possible accessories. (Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer) and shipped to GIOIELLERIA APPOLLONI: Via Cristoforo Colombo, 1897, 00124 Rome RM
Refund for returned merchandise will be processed after receiving and verifying the returned products. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the purchase or by bank transfer for COD payments. Refunds may take up to 15 days.
