Shipping times vary based on availability and type of product, often indicated in the description below the product itself. Usually the delivery of the purchased jewels takes place within 48 hours to 7 days from the order confirmation date, within 30 days for personalized and non-catalogue jewellery. We always recommend contacting us for information regarding delivery times or to agree shipping dates.
You have the right to return from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days from when you or a third party appointed by you has received the product. To exercise the right of return, we invite you to write to us by email at gio.appolloni@gmail.com or contact us directly at our sales point 06/5022030 – opening hours from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 18.00 If you decide to activate the right of return, you will be refunded the payments you have made. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
